You know a lot of us put together our looks for the day or week with our clothes and makeup but we tend to forget and another important detail....our nails. Yes, nails are important from length, the shape, the color and the design. The main thing is choose and nail style for your lifestyle. This year the trends for nails are all over the place, but the top 5 that I love are Matte finish, bright white, glitter, jazzed up French manicure and half moon.
Matte finish: The matte finish can be done with an actual matte nail polish or a matte top coat. With the top coat, you can turn any color into the trend, something that's really cool is to add texture with a combo of matte and gloss.
Bright White: Some people get nervous about white nail polish, but because it is a neutral it matches everything, however, the darker the skin, the better the effect. To add a little spice add a design.
Glitter: Yes glitter is a color, it's true. Glitter is something that looks great with a little or a lot, it is great to give a color some pop or as a neutral.
Jazzed up French Manicure: Adding funk to a classic look it a great way to stay professional and cool at the same time, however this look isn't the best with really long nails, so be careful with that.
Half Moon: The half moon is almost like a reversed French manicure. It's youthful and fun and the color combos are endless.
No matter with trend you try today, have fun and stay true to you, however it don't mean anything if your nails are fly and your feet are busted......just saying don't forget to seal the deal.
