Red Pants........
I need a lot of us know what red bottom shoes are and one day my personal collection is going to be crazy, but until then, I will have to settle for the other red bottoms.....red pants. Now I know what you are thinking, how can you add red pants into your daily wardrobe? Believe it or not, it's easy! There are four looks that I personally rock myself.
1. Red pants with a blazer- Red pants with a blazer is the more conservative of the four looks, it add a touch of class and is great for the office.
2. Red pants with a white top- Red pants with a white top is the most classic combination. White is a neutral and it goes with everything, it is the safiest of this look to pull off and still be cool.
3. Red pants with a nude top-Red pant with a nude top is my favorite because it is a twist on the classic. It is cool enough to turn heads but chic enough spark conversation.
4.Red pants with a patterned top- Red pants with a patterned top is for my real fashionistias, the trick is to not have red in the pattern, it looks total effortless! This look is fresh and cool, works for hanging with friends or date night.
This look works year round, the main thing is to make sure you choose the right pants for your body type and the fit is perfect. Also choose a shade of red that works with your skin tone. Take a chance of fashion, it will never let you down.

How to dress FAB when you feel like crap
Happy Friday Girls, so how many times have you known, you have to be at work, or meet some friends or meet a boy and you feel like total crap but still need to be FAB!
These are my top 5 ways to still dress FAB when you feel like crap.
1. Avoid wearing black- I love blacak as much as the next girl, but when you feel dark and you wear dark it translate into depressed! If you want to go for a slimmer look go monotone grey, greens, blues, taupe, if not the same color at least the same shade.
2. Wear your favorite color- Everyone that knows me knows my favorite color is green, when you wear your favorite color, you smile alittle bit on the inside.
3. No baggy clothes- Avoid wearing baggy clothes because you don't want to be frumpy and grumpy, if you have to wear something a little loser balance it out with a belt, or have the top loose and the bottom fitted or top fitted and bottoms.
4. Add a touch of sparkle-Adding touch of sparkle from a pin to nails to a piece of jewlery will add extra to any outfit.
5. Blush those cheeks- Makeup on your face is a no brainer, however blush adds color to your face. It gives you life.
So girls, follow my rules and unless you tell someone how you feel, you will always look FAB! Always your girl

Colored shoes for fall 2012
Well friends, it is offically fall, I know what you are thinking, dark colors, dark boots, dark sweaters, not so much. This is a great chance to be creative! Add color with shoes. Boots are great but to still add a pop pf color in this last stretch of the year is fresh and chic. The top three colors for fall this year are oxblood, plum and hunter green. What I love about these colors are that they are adult colors to red, purple and green.
Oxblood is a rich deep red, it stunning with all black, animal print and metalics.
Plum is beautiful on almost every skin tone and is fabulous with its' sister colors like blues and greys.
Hunter green, my personal favorite, is tricky to pull off, it works great with any denim, but it you really want to make a statement, where it with cream. Beautiful!
Take a chance and stand out with color this fall, don't fall into the black, brown and grey scene, you never want to get lost with everyone else, been an original.
Happy Monday!

Protect your skin girl!
Sooooo it is offically fall, love it, but what does that mean for your skin? It means you need to protect your face. How do we do that? Investing in a good products and a daily routine. When looking for a product think systems. For the cleanse part, you can use what I use....Witch Hazel, its old school but I love it. When choosing a cleanser read the labels, look for key things like aloe, shea butter, avocado, stay away from alcohol and harm things like that. The same rules apply for your moisturizer but spf is a must have. Then you have you add on's like toners, masks, and under eye creams, honestly use those things as needed. Just make sure to use products with natural ingredients and to keep away from alcohol. Last but never least you have to create a routine, when you wake up and before you go to bed. Drinking water and keep your stress low always help! Keep it FAB!

Trend watch: Collars
So a few weeks ago when I came upon this trend I was not a fan, just being honest. I have always loved collars shirts but the art of creating layers of collars with inserts and jewelry is tricky. How and or why would you want to do this, simple, it transforms your look with little to no effort.
So, the three most popular looks with this trend are, the basic or simple, the jeweled, and the layered. The basic is clean, cute, and fresh, it adds a little something to an outfit for work or running errands. I love it because of how easy it is to rock.
The jeweled is my personal favorite, mainly because I think I was a drag queen in my former life and LOVE sparkle. This accessory can transform a day look to a night one, perfect for a date and just the thought of sparkles make us all smile on the inside.....just a little bit.
Finally the layered, now this look is not for small childern (as my big sister Kimberlyn Abbey would say). This look actually takes skill, the best way to pull it off without looking like a clown is to pick a common factor, color, shape, texture, what ever you want, then make sure there is a clean balance with the outfit and the collar piece. Its the most trendiest of the three and if done right will turn heads.
I know this trend is a weird one, again, its a trend and it may not be for you but that doesn't mean you shouldn't try it out....have fun with it and if its not for you, then on to the next. Happy Monday....
Always your girl,
JeniqueK
